Movie Ticket Rates and other goods Prices will decrease from Today
New Year's gift for the common man. From Tuesday onwards, ticketing and TV prices are likely to decrease. The government's official announcement on the recent decision taken by GST on 23 types of goods and services has been issued. The movie ticket to Rs.100 was taxed at 18 percent and 28 percent respectively. The tariff on the ticket under Rs 100 was reduced from 18% to 12%. Computer monitors will cut the tax on 32 inch TV screens from 28 percent to 18 percent.
